Cape Town is one of those rare cities that appear on many Bucket Lists simply for the beauty of it’s location. Set beneath the iconic Table Mountain and surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean; Cape Town offers incredible vistas whichever way you look. Add to this the opportunity to learn more about South Africa’s rich history, relax on stunning white sand beaches and access one of the most incredible countries in the world for wildlife it is easy to see why so many want to visit.
We visited Cape Town in October and December, staying at Harper’s House near the V&A Waterfront. We would definitely recommended making the trip in summer (December), the warmer weather will mean you can better enjoy the amazing beaches on offer around the city.
